A few letters can speak volumes. These vintage bracelets were purchased with the “G.I.B.” initials stamped on the back. I fell in love with them because of the mystery they held. They immediately had a story and a past. I decided to make up a meaning for the monogram and extend their story. G.I.B. now stands for, “Give It Back.”

The “Give It Back” extension of the bracelet’s story is for two of my closest friends, Alex and TJ, who are adopting from India. The profits from these handmade bracelets will be given back to go towards their adoption. For me, this monogrammed bracelet was created from a reflection of an image that I couldn't stop thinking about: This baby's name and initials.

Inspired by vintage signet rings, this bracelet was created to honor family heritage. It is symbolic of the new beginnings and a new name that this sweet baby will be given. Much like the pride shown by wearing a signet ring, this bracelet is representative of the fulfillment their baby will have as it grows up with a family and community that loves it so well.  

The “G.I.B.” stamped on the back pays tribute to a blessed boy or girl who is waiting for their mom and dad. The initials you choose for the front of the bracelet will embody your own personal meaning, so get creative and have fun selecting your stones - whether it's for a nickname, monogram, or motto.
