We take pride in making exceptional jewelry that maintains its quality over many years. To do so, it’s important that you take precautions. We recommend that you put your jewelry on last – you’ll want to save the best for last anyway, right? Putting jewelry on last keeps the stones and metals away from hairspray, lotions, perfumes, and make-up – all things that dull the shine and luster. Chlorinated water, salt water, cleaning agents, perspiration, and soaps, – just to name a few – can also be harmful to your jewelry. Because of that, we also recommend removing your jewelry while cleaning, exercising, sleeping, showering, and swimming. In addition, the air can oxidize your jewelry, so we recommend that you store your jewelry in soft pouches. We think that’s so important that each piece of jewelry we ship comes with a soft bag for storage. Lastly, we recommend that you wipe down your jewelry after wear with a soft cloth to prevent tarnishing and remove the oils from your skin. All in stock items will ship within 1 business day. We ship from Nashville, TN. Most items will be received within 2-3 business days after they leave our location. All of our orders will be shipped with a tracking number which we will send to you so you can obsessively check online until it is delivered. That’s right – you’re not the only one who does that.
We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Any items that are returned must be unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached.
For sanitary reasons, all earrings are final sale. No one wants to share earring studs with a stranger – or at least no one we know.
All clearance and sale items are final and are ineligible for return.
If you’d like to return something, just let us know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll give you a return authorization, and we will credit for the product only. Shipping will not be refunded. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be removed from the refund total. You are responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping returns with a tracking number and insurance as the items are owned by you until received by us.
Using our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund any item with manufacturing defects for 1 year after purchase. After 1 year, depending on availability and complexity, we may be able to repair items for a fee, but because of our limited number and handmade pieces, that won’t always be possible.
Damages or defects not caused during manufacturing – for example, accidental damage or tarnishing are not covered under warranty. Although we can’t guarantee it, we will try to repair or replace them at a discounted rate for the first 90 days.
We will never sell or give your personal information. All of our payments are processed using Stripe, and your credit card information is encrypted at all times. Our software is designed to be 100% PCI compliant.
